A Great Way to Say
I Love You!
If you're looking for a way to strengthen the bond
between you and your child, try becoming a parent volunteer.
Mothers & Fathers are encouraged to attend the meetings, and help their
scout be all he can be.
Every year parents join their scouts in den meetings
and many other activities, such as camp outs, day camp, trips, etc.
This is a great way to spend time with your scout and enjoy lots of fun and
adventure.
As for our leaders, they are the parents that give
a little more.
They donate their time and help with the planning, set up and organization
of events.
Last year they were "live aboard" on the U.S.S. Lexington.
They enjoyed exploring the ship and spending the night aboard.
It does not take much at all to get involved in the
cub scouts.
Not everyone has to be a leader, there are many other areas parents can volunteer
in.
We are always in need of committee members and extra hands for projects.
Getting involved is not only a great way to enjoy time
with your son, it is also a great way to make lasting memories together.

Boy Scouts
Troop 95
All boys from 6th - 10th grade are encouraged to join in the
long scouting tradition.
Meetings are held at the scout hut in Stancil Park, Mondays
at 7:00pm.
